Digital Marketing Specialist

The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical - able to develop compelling campaigns while optimizing performance through data-driven insights. You’ll be responsible for executing multi-channel marketing strategies that increase visibility, engagement, and conversions on an international scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns across search, social, email, and display.
- Develop engaging content strategies tailored to different global markets.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize SEO/SEM performance, and track ranking improvements.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring maximum ROI.
- Monitor analytics dashboards, prepare reports, and recommend adjustments to improve results.
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and propose innovative strategies for audience growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house).
- Hands-on knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Strong experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and adapt to global market dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
