Fintech Project Manager
At Sempiterna Digital, we develop and deliver turnkey digital and fintech solutions that power businesses worldwide. We are seeking a Fintech Project Manager who will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex fintech projects - ranging from payment infrastructures to digital ecosystem integrations.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and a passion for driving innovation in the fintech space. You will act as the bridge between clients, technical teams, and stakeholders, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and above expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of fintech projects from concept to delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, compliance specialists, marketers).
- Oversee implementation of payment systems, security protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Track KPIs and ensure projects meet performance, quality, and scalability goals.
- Communicate effectively with global clients and stakeholders, providing regular progress updates.
- Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in fintech, digital payments, or financial services projects.
- Strong background in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or similar).
- Knowledge of payment processing systems, APIs, and compliance standards (PCI DSS, GDPR, etc.).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a global mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to execution.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
