Behavioural Analytics Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse user behaviour across digital products to identify behavioural patterns, trends, and growth opportunities.
- Develop behavioural segmentation models to better understand user intent and customer journeys.
- Identify friction points that impact activation, engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Build behavioural dashboards and reports that translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Lifecycle, and Operations teams to optimise customer experiences using behavioural insights.
- Design, monitor, and evaluate experiments to validate behavioural hypotheses and measure their business impact.
- Define behavioural KPIs and contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics frameworks.
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
Requirements
- Experience in behavioural analytics, product analytics, digital analytics, customer insights, or a related analytical role.
- Strong understanding of customer behaviour, user journeys, and behavioural segmentation.
- Experience working with behavioural data, analytics platforms, and data visualisation tools.
- Excellent analytical thinking and the ability to transform data into practical business recommendations.
- Familiarity with experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing and hypothesis validation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset, curiosity, and a passion for understanding human behaviour through data.
- Strong English proficiency for internal communication.
