Lifecycle Marketing Manager

About the Role

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and optimizing customer communication strategies across the entire user journey. The role focuses on improving engagement, retention, and conversion through data-driven lifecycle campaigns and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing lifecycle marketing strategies across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other communication channels
  • Creating automated customer journeys to improve activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation
  • Monitoring and analysing campaign performance to identify optimisation opportunities
  • Collaborating with analytics, product, and operations teams to align lifecycle initiatives with business goals
  • Segmenting audiences and personalising communications based on user behavior
  • Conducting experiments and A/B tests to improve customer experience and campaign effectiveness
  • Maintaining and optimising marketing automation workflows

Requirements

  • Experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, or customer engagement roles.
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies
  • Experience working with marketing automation and customer communication platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with audience segmentation and campaign optimization
  • Attention to detail and a structured approach to campaign management
  • Strong English proficiency for internal communication
