Product Operations Manager
About the Role
The Product Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the company’s platforms. The role combines product oversight, analytics, and internal processes to ensure system stability, functional development, and growth of key business metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full operational lifecycle of platforms, including system stability, user activity, and financial performance.
- Analyzing user behavior and product metrics to identify growth opportunities and operational risks.
- Planning and coordinating feature updates in collaboration with technical and analytics teams.
- Monitoring execution of operational plans and adherence to internal processes.
- Defining product requirements based on data and real-world platform performance.
- Preparing regular reports on product performance and operational decisions.
- Participating in long-term platform development planning and optimization of operating models.
Requirements
- Experience working with platforms or online services in an operations or product-focused role.
- Understanding of scalable platform models and monetization mechanics.
- Strong skills in working with analytical data and key product metrics.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and take ownership of outcomes.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams and understanding development workflows.
- High level of self-organization, systems thinking, and attention to detail.
- Fluent English for internal documentation and distributed team communication.
