About the Role

The Technical Platform Manager is responsible for the stability, scalability, and ongoing development of the company’s platforms. The role focuses on coordinating technical processes and ensuring alignment between operations and technical execution.

• Coordinating technical teams involved in platform maintenance and development.
• Ensuring system stability, performance, and uninterrupted operation.
• Participating in technical roadmap planning and implementation of new solutions.
• Managing technical risks and responding promptly to incidents.
• Collaborating with operations and analytics teams to support business objectives.
• Optimizing technical workflows and internal tools.
• Maintaining documentation related to system architecture and technical decisions.

Requirements

• Experience managing platforms or complex system infrastructure.
• Understanding of scalable, high-load system architecture.
• Experience working with distributed technical teams.
• Ability to evaluate technical solutions from an operational efficiency perspective.
• Systems thinking and accountability for results.
• Strong English proficiency for internal communication.
